dancing zumba
is zumba like dancing?

For sport i have to do zumba. we have to make our own routine up but i really really hate dancing. It has to be 64 beats. is it like dancing? because once i dance people tend to laugh at me :( HELP!!

zumba is pretty much dancing fitness.

However, what zumba does is repeat motions to work key muscles, especially in your legs. However since your whole body is up and moving, you get an all around work out.

No need to be embarrased! Zumba won’t require you to break out to some techno :P it’s just a type of fitness that works to a beat of music.

hope i helped!
