Having recently moved to Cardiff, I felt a little lost. Cardiff is a big city, but at first I found it very daunting and resolute. I had no friends and was alone in a new city. A part from the people I worked with, I had nobody to talk too and so I decided the best way to meet people outside of work, was to join some exercise classes in Cardiff.
I suppose a few people like myself find themselves in these situations where may be they need a hobby orsomething else in their life. After all, if your lonely and alone especially in a big city it can be very daunting. The best thing to do is to get out there and meet people. This is why I decided on using exerce classes as a vehicle to meet new friends.
I attended a variety of classes and met some really lovely people but it wasn’t until I discovered Zumba in Cardiff that I really started enjoying exercise, making plenty of friends and most importantly, having fun. I was nervous when I first attended, having no dance experience at all but the teacher of the Cardiff Zumba classes made me feel so welcome and assured me that I would ‘just fine’. These Latin-inspired Aerobic Classes in Cardiff have changed my life. Not only have I discovered a fantastic way to exercise, but I have made many friends and each week look forward to yet another week of Zumba in Cardiff. The music is contagious, I smile the entire way through, the choreography is great and I always have a great workout without feeling like I’ve worked at all!! I encourage anybody out there who is looking for friends, exercise, weight loss or just something different, to find your nearest Cardiff Zumba class. Zumba Cardiff – try it!!
The zumba croud arranged an evening out folllowing a class and we all went out for a nice bar meal. It was the socialising aspect of the classes that led me to meet my house mate and now we are best friends!! We both love zumba because of the social aspect and the fun we have.
We also love the way that our bodies have become more toned, leaner and stronger. I love how I can now look in the mirroe and my oblique muscles are all prevalent from all the zumba based moves which place a large emphasis on core strength.
Now I love living in this fantastic city. I have a great job and go to the gym after work to ercise and socialise. The exercise classes are great fun and I have become really friendly with other members of the gym and the other guys who attend the exercise classes. I’d recommend exercise to anybody wanting to get fit, make friends and socialise.
